Surrounded by untouched nature and beautiful forests, you can enjoy a view that is second to none on the 7500m² property in the nature reserve - from the Steinerne Meer in Saalfelden (north) to Lake Zell and the Imbachhorn (south), you have everything in view.
Divided over 3 floors (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor) there are 4 bedrooms with 4 TVs, 3 bathrooms, 1 private sauna, 2 kitchens, 2 terraces & 2 balconies.
On the ground floor: private sauna with a view and direct access to the sun terrace with probably one of the most beautiful views in all of Zell am See.
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms & 1 kitchen with dining area - 1st bedroom with double bed (160cm) and private bathroom with shower. 2nd bedroom with double bed (160cm). 3rd bedroom with double bed (140cm) and bunk bed. 2nd & 3 rd bedroom share one bathroom.
On the 2nd floor: 1 master bedroom, kitchen with dining table for 12 people and living area with fireplace. The living room leads directly to the heated sun terrace with lounge furniture.
In the kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cutlery, toaster, dishwasher.
Parking spaces: 4 outdoor parking spaces are available.

The access to the chalet is via a mountain road. The last 70 meters are very steep, so snow chains or a four-wheel drive car are recommended in winter!
