and the charming amenities of the Schüttdorf district.
The bright and welcoming Chalet Gretl offers spacious rooms, high-quality furnishings and a private garden – perfect for families and groups of up to 14 guests. Spread across three floors, the house features six bedrooms and several modern bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. After the full renovation for winter 2026, the chalet offers a fresh, high-quality atmosphere throughout.
On the ground floor, you will find the new, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area – ideal for cooking together and enjoying relaxed meals. The separate living room invites you to unwind and includes a sofa bed offering an additional sleeping option.
The first floor includes three bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped bathroom and a separate WC. The second floor offers three further bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom – perfect for guests seeking extra comfort and privacy.
The chalet provides everything you need for your stay: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee machine and a ski room. The private garden is ideal for relaxing summer days. Free parking for up to three cars is available directly at the house. Dogs are welcome.
Perfectly located in Zell am See, shops, restaurants, a bakery and the lakeside promenade are all within easy walking distance. In winter, you benefit from the proximity to the ski lifts and the slopes of the Zell am See–Kaprun ski area. In summer, you can enjoy refreshing moments at Lake Zell, hikes in the surrounding mountains or varied cycling tours through picturesque landscapes. The region offers a wide range of activities for relaxing and active holidays all year round.
