The studio combines sleeping, living and dining in one practical and inviting space. A large comfortable bed and small sofa provide everything needed to relax after a day of skiing, hiking or exploring Maria Alm.
The compact kitchenette is equipped with a cooking hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and the essentials for preparing breakfast, snacks or simple meals during your stay.
Located on the second floor, the studio features a private balcony with beautiful mountain views. Step outside in the morning for some fresh alpine air or simply sit back and enjoy the surrounding Hochkönig landscape.

Chesa Montana is located in Krallerwinkl in Maria Alm, directly opposite the Sommerstein swimming pool and close to the ski lifts of the Hochkönig ski area. In good snow conditions, it is even possible to ski back to the accommodation. The Hochkönig ski area connects Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach and forms part of the extensive Ski amadé network. The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn and the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See are also within easy reach.
In summer, numerous hiking and biking trails through the Hochkönig region are easily accessible from the property. The included HochkönigCard offers a range of benefits and included services throughout the region, while the Guest Mobility Ticket allows guests to use public transport throughout Salzburger Land free of charge.
Salzburg Airport is approximately 85 km from Maria Alm and can be reached by car in around 1 hour and 10 minutes.
