We provide the perfect sleep for your adventure, weather you arrive with friends or family. Our generous flats accommodate up to 6 people. Therefore we found the perfect set up for your friends and family, including 2 separate sleeping and 2 bath rooms. The couch in the living room sleeps 2 more guests. Furthermore the bathroom comes with a modern walk in shower. Our guests park their cars directly in front of the house and enjoy an excellent WIFI connection throughout the entire apartment. There is also a fountain with the finest Kaprun spring water and a grotto with a refreshing tropical shower in this oasis.The open kitchen is fully equipped as well: Prepare a quick breakfast using our kitchen utensils including a coffee machine, toaster and a water boiler. Spoil your beloved one with tasty holiday dinners during cozy evenings. Ceramic plates, fridge- freezer, micro wave and cutlery/plates are part of our standard kitchen setting. Further the accommodation offers an iron/board and also a public laundry room on request.The area: Weather you are looking for typical Austrian cuisine or international dishes: The center of Kaprun (500m) can be reached within a few walking minutes. All those, who are looking for party as a dessert will find various bars serving cool drinks and nice vibes. The next bus station is called “Jugendherberge” and is only 150m away. Public transport will give you free transport to the cable car Maiskokel/Glacier Kitzsteinhorn and also the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See. The closest super market (Billa) is located 200m air line. The next airport “Salzburg Airport” can be reached by car or train in around 2h (80km).

As a family of three, we hired the Evi Apartments - Susi for a week at the end of February 2025. The apartment is a 10 minutes walk to the Ski Dome beginner's slope, and close to the bus stop for transport to the main lift at the Kaprun Center. The Apartment was comfortable and had pretty much all we needed for a week away, although we didn't do much cooking. The two bedrooms were an excellent size with a good amount of storage space, particuarly for bulky ski clothing. The ensuite facilities for both rooms was very welcome, especially with a teenager in the party. The rooms had a great view of the Kitzsteinhorn. We had hired a car for the week, and had no issues parking on each day. The location was convenient for local restaurants, with a few 5/10 minutes walk away. Overall a great week in Kaprun, having never visited and great location for accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

We had an initial issue gaining access to the property, but were able to resolve quite quickly. On the day we were leaving we struggled to find space at the recycling bins for our week's rubbish. The bins could have done with being emptied a little msee more

Wir mussten unsere Buchung noch einmal abändern lassen - unproblematisch, schnelle Bearbeitung, lieben Dank an Vera! Das Apartment ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je direkt angrenzendem Bad - perfekt, genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Sauna im Keller...konnte man selbst anstellen, was will man mehr! Klare Empfehlung, wir werden wieder hier buchen. |
