Step outside on your balcony and smell the fresh air of the valley, before your kids will take you on the next adventure. The highlight: In our modern apartment you don´t need to miss out on any comfort, calm hillside location on top! LATEST NEWS: From Winter 19/20 the brand new K-onnection gets you up to the top of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn, starting from the centre of Kaprun!
The apartment accommodates families or groups up to 10 guests. The 70m² are divided in two sleeping rooms and a living room. Whereas the sleeping rooms are equipped with queen-size double beds and stowable bunk beds, the living room has plenty of space for a sleeping couch. As a matter of course we equipped the apartment with two bathrooms and an extra toilet. Our guests enjoy free Wifi and private parking in front of the house. The garden comes further with a sitting area, including barbecue.
Every apartment kitchen needs full equipment to prepare your favourite dishes : You will find a fridge/freezer, micro wave, oven, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board.
The Area: The centre of Kaprun can be easily reached by foot (500m) and offers a variety of restaurants – Weather you are looking for typical Austrian food or international dishes. Further our guests will find a grocery shop only 100m away (Billa). Also the next bus stop (Jugendherberge, 200m) can be reached within walking distance. For all golfers, the region provides 36 holes at the Gulf Club Zell am See (6km). The next airport “Salzburg Airport” can be reached by car or train (around 2h, 80km).

Located up a small hill, it is a 5 min walk to the Kaprun Jugendgästehaus bus stop and Billa super market. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with cutlery, plates and cooking utensils for those who want to cook at home. Very modern decor see more
